This Pressurestat is in current use as the La Marzocco steam boiler pressurestat. What is really cool about this device is the ability to adjust the deadband (the time between the point of activation).

After a couple of years use on La Marzocco machines we have adapted the use of this device to single boiler machines that utilize our standard Sarai mechanical diaphragm pressurestat. This has resulted in much more consistent brew temperatures when used with common group flushing practices.

It is a direct replacement for the Mater type pressurestats that have proven to fail early. This device literally can fine tune your single boiler heat exchanger machine into a far more consistent and brew temp stable machine.
