Anvil's Prima
Pro Convection Ovens are especially designed for baking breads,
muffins, baguettes, pastries, biscuits, etc. It is also especially
useful with panbaked products. The Prima Pro also has a browning /
broiling function
Unique Air Flow Cooking System -
Unique air movement created by the combined air flow of two convection
fans coupled to a special diffuser plate ensures a continuous even flow
of hot air around the oven interior. This system ensures that cooking
times in Anvil ovens are reduced compared to to ovens that do not have
this system. Anvil convection system ovens are ideally suited for dough
products, pastries and cakes. Anvil convection ovens will also
reconstitute large quantities of frozen foods.

The oven is fan assisted and fitted with a custom designed baffle fan.
This ensures that excellent temperature distribution is achieved even
when oven is ful to capacity providing reliable baking uniformity
