These are top of the line espresso bar knockboxes, made by us and used at top cafes and espresso stands all over the world. Receptacle pans are 18/8 gauge Stainless Steel, and our knock bar is a solid piece of white Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene, a form of Teflon.
