characterized by the use of a lever on the espresso machine group head
to create the pressure required for extracting espresso shots. |

Semi-Automatic espresso machines are continuous dispensing manual machines, in which a pump creates
the pressure for the espresso coffee. The coffee is dispensed manually
by pressing the appropriate button to start and stop the process. |
